The mission How Do I Get Them is part of the Marauder Camp Hunter story line and take place in the Hwy 97 region, it’s unlocked after you complete the mission He’s Feeding The Freaks Colonel Garret will call and ask you to report back to Wizard Island for a job.
To get this mission started talk to Colonel Garret at the Wizard Island Camp. He’ll give you the details of a group of Drifters who have set up camp in an old gas station in the Hwy 97 region and marks the location on your map. The recommended route has you leaving by the back gate and riding up to the highway. At the highway turn left and ride toward Chimult, just past the Crater Lake Visitors Center turn right. Follow this road to the end and navigate through the opening in the rocks that lead to the Hwy 97 region. Once you’re on the Hwy 97 side turn right and follow the dirt road up and over the hill and then turn left, park your bike somewhere of the road on either side about 140m from the gas station. The rest of the way will be on foot, go up on the hill behind the gas station, from here you can see most of the gas station. There are 12 marauders in this group. I used my crossbow and started picking them off, if my crossbow takes 3 bolts to down a marauder it usually means that that marauder was a heavy gunner. Eventually they’ll come up to investigate so just up the hill are bushes to hide in. By the time I came down the hill there were only 2 marauders left. There isn’t a lot of cover coming down the hill, but once you get down to gas station level there are some bushes around. The last 2 marauders where in the gas station, I got one of them hopping out a window which left only one. The last marauder turned out to have a flame thrower so he went down with several rounds from my IDF Pup. When the last one is down the mission will be complete, this one pays 5000XP, 3500 credits, 1800 camp trust points, and the Marauder Camp Hunter story line will be updated.
