Days Gone Rippers Rest In Hell

A Ripper

Hello everybody.

This mission is part of the Marauder Camp Hunter story line and takes place in the Hot Springs area. To get the mission started travel to Hot Springs Camp and talk to Tucker and she’ll give you the details. The Rippers have set up camp south of the Hot Springs Camp next to the Iron Butte Nero Checkpoint. To make things simpler you can leave the camp by the main entrance and turn left onto Black Crater Rd. , follow the road until you see the Nero sign that’s just after the bridge. Turn right, park your bike behind cover, and then sneak in on foot. The object at first is to clear 6 Rippers and this will be the case if you are quite and they don’t do too much shooting. There is plenty of bushes and cover in front of the camp to hide in. I took out the first 3 from my initial hiding spot and then advanced to the bushes in front of their club house. At this point I was still good with only having to take out 6, I prefer to use my crossbow because it’s silent and I have the knocked up skill that enables a 1 shot kill anywhere on their body on normal enemies. It looked to me like I got a head shot on the Ripper in front of me and the one after that but they didn’t go down and I had to shoot them a second time. This left only one Ripper and if I would have taken him out with a stealth attack the mission would have ended. But for some reason even though the ”R” was there I didn’t use it and made too much noise hitting him with my melee weapon, this resulted in 4 more Rippers to take out. I got the first 2 with no trouble but the last 2 had me kind of pinned down and I took quite a bit of damage moving to other cover. When you take out the last Ripper the mission will be complete, this one pays 4000XP, 1800 credits, 2300 point gain in camp trust, and the Marauder Camp Hunter and Ripped Apart story lines will be updated.

Thanks for watching, God Bless and happy gaming
