With the Arboretum pretty much cleared of enemies I turned to the Technopath in the main lift next. Before I entered the lobby I went into the maintenance area through a hatch in the medical bay. The area that’s blocked by boxes sometimes can be access by taking the top box and letting it fall, by doing this for some reason the bottom heavier boxes move also, so you might not need leverage III .
In the lobby there is the technopath and 2 corrupted operators. To make things easier take out the 2 operators first while trying to stay hidden . I used EMP’S and the Q-Beam on the technopath . This works well as long as you throw the emp’s at the right time.
