System Shock Remake Reactor Level Armory

Amory Door

Hello everybody.

In this video I access the now unlocked armory since I defeated the cyberspace locks in the last video and explore a little more of the Reactor Level before heading up to Maintenance.

Alright from my starting position in the cyberspace terminal room, I headed out and to the left. The armory will be on your left in the same corridor as the reactor core. The armory is equipped with a camera, so don’t forget to take it out. There’s a data stick on the floor that has a Citadel Station overview on it; there’s also some storage crates with ammo and health. The corpse on the floor has the target identifier and a health patch. There are two ammo vending machines, and across from them is a mod-kit station. This mod is for your mini pistol, which increases damage and adds burst fire. The back door leads to some sort of a control room, before you enter, check for auto bombs. There are two doors in this room; the one on the south wall goes back into medical, and the door on the north wall goes into a short corridor with several video displays. One display is of medical, and the other two, I think, are from the reactor core.

In the last part of this video, I show you how to bypass the blast door if you didn’t unlock it in cyberspace, so I backtracked all the way to the power station that’s across from experimental. From there, continue north to the corner of the corridor and enter the door that’s on the north wall. If you haven’t gone through here before, there will be at least 3 cyborg assassins roaming around. Once inside, jump the gap in front of you and go down the ladder to the left. Continue to the end and go down the ladder on the left, and then up the longer ladder on the left. This brings you to a spot where you have to jump a gap, take as much of a run as you can then sprint and jump over. On your right will be a jump down which leads to a platform that brings you into a small room with a corpse on the floor and some radioactive barrels. If you shoot the barrels, the area will no longer be contaminated. The corpse is loaded with ammo, health products, and a grenade. There’s also an audio log on the floor next to him; this one’s from Dr. Joseph Lewis and it’s a suicide note of sorts. The switch on the south wall opens the door into the corridor that’s on the other side of the blast door that was cyberspace locked. Don’t go rushing out there; look for auto bombs. When the auto bomb explodes, more than likely there will be a cyborg assassin or two that come to investigate. To your left will be the blast door; across the corridor is a room with four cameras and at least one hopper on tracks, so I chose to leave that for later in the game. To the right, the corridor continues around the corner. Before the corner on your right is a half door that leads to a small room with some junk and a battery pack on your right. Back in the corridor around the corner is a door on your right. There may be one cyborg inside; there will be several corpses, with some of them carrying health products. There’s an audio log from Shodan in the back right corner, but I didn’t listen to it. On the way out, you’ll notice a battery pack to the left of the door. From there, I headed back to medical to the cargo elevator to transfer the battery packs I was carrying. All that was left was to return to the elevator and get ready to travel up to maintenance, but on the way there, I ran into a hopper, and I checked recycling, which was good because I found a 100 scrap block in the garbage chute. That’s it for this video.

Thanks for watching, God Bless and happy gaming.
