Once you search Baltimore’s place you find directions in the form of a poem, you can’t follow it exactly but it does give you clues, the well is the well in the burned out village so you end up back at the old quarry where you’ll see the stones with the circles on them that you probably noticed before so follow them to the bottom of the quarry where you’ll find Baltimore’s chest, after that head back up to the top of the quarry and start heading back to the village, when you get to a road on the left with a shire beside it that’s the “right” that the directions where referring to. Take that road and follow it to the ship wreck. The entrance to Baltimore’s work shop is hidden behind some bushes. Once inside, depending how you answered Thorak , you’ll either fight the 3 of them or not. The evidence is that they murdered Baltimore so it’s up to you what you do.
