Hello everybody
This contract is on the notice board outside the inn in the Trade Quarter. Once you select the contract and have it in your inventory you have to read it after which you should get a notice at the bottom of the screen that the contract is active. I got all of the Graveir bones from the Vesima graveyard, once you get enough bones you get a quest update to go see Velerad and collect your reward. Velerad should be in the Watchtower building if not on the first floor then he should be in the basement. In my case he was in the basement but he was dark and hard to see him sitting at the back of the table. The quest A Posh Reception should be done first as this is where you are introduced to Velerad.
