Hello everybody.
When you complete the Wolfe’s Hunt mission you will get a book from Gary as a reward. The book will permanently increase combat shooting by 1. The confusing part of this whole thing is you have a book but no category for combat shooting. Even after looking on the internet I still wasn’t sure what to do with it. It wasn’t until I read the book that the combat shooting appeared in my skills, so this works opposite to the other skills where you wait till you have 9 in whatever skill and then you read the book. The only thing you have to do is have the character that you want to have the skill selected when you read the book, in my case I chose my sniper. That’s it now you can start adding to that skill to increase your critical chance all the way to 50% when you have it maxed out at 10.
