Hello everybody.
In this video I take out the primary defenses guarding the entrance to Liberty’s compound. The defenses consist of 2 turrets and 4 Dorsey’s. There are 2 entrances to the compound, the main entrance and a side entrance inside the slave pen. I set up my squad directly in front of the main entrance behind the cover that was there, directly in front are 2 turrets and on the left and right a balcony with a Dorsey on each. From this position everything is within range. If all goes well you’ll be able to take out one of the Dorsey’s when you initiate combat like I did. Next I focused on the turrets and although I didn’t take them both out on my first turn they never fired a shot. The 2 Dorsey’s on the right balcony didn’t fare any better since they were in range, my sniper took out one and the rest of my squad took out the other. All that remained was one Dorsey on the inside of the compound and since McBane was my lock pick he was the first person to enter the compound. It turned out that it was a melee Dorsey positioned beside the side entrance. By the time I moved everybody I could they were out of AP so I had to end my turn. The Dorsey decided to attack McBane but missed and then was taken out by McBane and my Razor Back.
If you attack the side entrance and take out the Dorsey’s first, you’ll be able to work on the turrets from above, or ignore then all together and just exit the compound through the side exit once you’re finished dealing with Liberty. I tried this a couple of times and compared to the video I took more damage, so either way is viable.
Thanks for watching, God Bless and happy gaming.
