Hello everybody.
Here’s another Infestation Exterminator mission, this time it’s the Cascade Lakes Rail Line, which is located just inside Hwy 97 territory.
My starting position for this mission is the Nero Checkpoint at the tunnel that leads to the Hwy 97, you could either go through the tunnel or go the way I did in the video and take Crater Lake Rd. If you choose the latter you’ll end up on the north side of the infestation zone where there is more cover.
There are 5 nests to destroy. The first nest is pretty obvious a cube van just before the bridge on the north side. I must admit I think I need a course in map reading because they are all clearly marked on the map and I did a lot of needless searching. To make things even simpler go into your map and select a nest as a destination.
The second nest is in a cave down the rail line east of the bridge.
The third, fourth, and fifth nest are all around the bridge, there is also cryer nest in the area.
The third nest is in a cube van just before the bridge on the south side.
The last two are under the bridge, one on the side of the bridge support and the other in the box car.
Anyway I made this mission much more complicated that it needed to be, if I would just believe the map.
Cleaning up this infestation pays 2500XP, 1700 credits, 1400 camp trust points, and the Infestation Exterminator story line will be updated.
