Days Gone You Alone I Have Seen

Most Of The Horde Is Down

Hello everybody.

The mission You Alone Have I Seen is part of the A Good Soldier story line and takes place in the Hwy 97 region and it’s unlocked after you complete the mission This Could Be It.

At the end of the mission This Could be It a soldier comes to tell Deacon that the Colonel wants to see him, as soon as he steps outside the Colonel is there and asks him to follow him. He brings Deacon to the front gates where Kouri and Weaver are waiting, it’s time to test Weavers weapon which catches Deacon off guard, but he snaps out of it and rides off with Kouri. They arrive at a spot the overlooks the town of Chemult below, Deacon comes up with a plan so Kouri stays up top and Deacon goes alone and takes care of the horde. When the cut scene ends before you ride down grab everything from Kouri’s saddlebags and the boxes on the ground.

Ride down into the town and park your bike just past the Chemult sign, while the horde is returning to the rail yard go through the buildings and collect all the loot and supplies. Make your way up to the Horseshoe Cafe, at the back of the Cafe on the left side there is a bush that overlooks the horde that you can hide in and stage your attack. As long as the few Freakers that are roaming around next to the bush don’t see you you’re in business. I didn’t go very far into the bush at first, I waited next to the first tree for an opening to throw. You probably can’t wait to long or you’ll be noticed. Once you throw the first molotov the Freakers on top will run down. I moved up slightly as I was throwing, you can’t see where they are landing but as long as the red bar is decreasing your molotov’s are doing the job. I ran through all of the napalm molotovs , regular molotovs, pipe bombs, and all of my grenades. The one thing I didn’t do right was when I was throwing pipe bombs I should’ve thrown them in the same spot because the Freakers run toward the explosion. When I was out of stuff to throw I left and went back to the road, when I was heading back I came across an historical marker this one read The Stagecoach Legend- “Rushing For Gold”. The bushes on the other side of the cafe gave me a view of how many were left, I ended up just shooting the few that were left. When the last one goes down go through the corpses and collect all of the ears and return to Kouri. When you get there a cut scene starts, Kouri is amazed at how Deacon took out the horde, Deacon catches his breath and they return to camp. When they get there Weaver is waiting wanting know how it went, there’s a moment of excitement when he finds out how well his napalm molotovs worked and he plans to celebrate later.

Deacon goes to the lab looking for Sarah, when he gets there a soldier is moving everything out of the lab, the Colonel is also there so he asks what’s going on. The Colonel asks him to follow him, he leads him inside Wizard mountain where all essential R&D personnel have been moved. The Colonel leaves and after some protest from Sarah Deacon is allowed into the lab. Sarah tells Deacon she’s working on a new assignment, poison this time and gives Deacon the clip board. When he exits the lab the mission will be over, this one pays 10 000XP, 350 credits, 700 camp trust points, and the A Good Soldier, I’m Never Giving Up, Blow It Up Good, An Officer And A Gentleman, and the Horde Killer story lines will be updated.

Thanks for watching, God Bless and happy gaming.
