System Shock Remake Delta Quadrant Cyberspace

Ammo-Depot Vending Machine

Hello everybody.

I stopped in front of the bulkhead door in my last video, there’s a switch on the right that opens it. On the other side there’s another door switch on the right, you can leave the door open or close it. Next to the switch is a medical cart with a Staminup Stimulant it temporarily negates exhaustion from all physical activities, however may cause side-effects. The room opens up, there’s one room across from the medical cart and another room in the northwest corner. There’s one mutant at the far end by a pillar, it’s best to take him out so you don’t have to worry about him sneaking up behind you. Attacking him by stealth took 3 strikes, if you turn around and start heading back to the room across from the medical cart you’ll notice a camera on the ceiling on the corner. When I went to destroy it I was spotted by another mutant coming up the hall towards me, so I had to take him out first. There is a cart under the camera that you can climb so that one is easy to take out with your melee weapon. From there I headed back to the first room , there’s one mutant inside that you can sneak up on. Once he’s down you can collect ammo from the human corpse and the Biological Systems Monitor on the counter behind him. There’s a Berserk Combat Booster on the counter along the south wall, and a Staminup Stimulant on a shelf that’ along the north wall.

Back out in the main hall turn left, you’ll see a yellow sign up ahead on your left, this is where the door to the Cyberspace port is. Inside there’s a walkway that goes around the big instrument block in the middle, there’s on mutant roaming around, you can go either way if you’re lucky you’ll end up behind the mutant. I went left and met the mutant coming around the corner. There’s also an audio log on the floor requesting anyone listening to come to Beta Quadrant . The Cyberspace port is down the ramp on the right side of the room, there’s also a camera on the ceiling at the top of the ramp, you can destroy this with your melee weapon if you stand off to the right as you enter or off to the left. On the left is a medical cart that you can jump on, either side you’ll have to jump and strike at the same time. Down at the bottom of the ramp on your left is a Data Stick, this one is an engineering report that says Shodan is stretched too thin and it’s built in security subroutine is showing flaws so the engineer is having Shodan generate defensive systems for would-be hackers, which means when you connect to Cyberspace you won’t be alone. There’s a key card on the shelf to the right of the ramp.

Cyberspace

When you connect to Cyberspace it will bring you down a square corridor to a red cube. Get the red cube this is the Pluser Combat that allows you to shoot stuff. Next shoot the blue and red square on the wall, this deactivates a barrier, now follow the green line, it will bring you through corridors to an area that’s opened up with pillars on the right and left, there’s a red line going across the floor from left to right. The way to the right is blocked by a barrier but the way to the left is open. As soon as you arrive 3 doors in the ceiling open releasing Shodan’s security measures. You’ll have to shoot them but don’t worry, the green crosses around the outside of the space will restore your integrity. The blue cube across where you entered is a Decoy Evasion software. To lower the barrier that’s blocking the way to the right follow the red line to the left, as soon as you enter the next part more security measures will appear and the way back will be blocked. Continue following the red line to the end, get the Recall Escape Software and then turn right. Fighting the security measures can get you disoriented so in the video I went back and forth looking for the way forward. When you near the end more security measures will appear and it looks like one of my stray shots hit the red square at the end and deactivated the barrier. Once the line turns green you can backtrack following the green line through the barrier that was just deactivated. This will bring you into another corridor that leads to the last open space, once again more security measures are released, when they’re dealt with shoot the data stream to unlock the Medical Armory. The way out is now open, once you enter the room after the data stream more security measures are released, although you might not have to fight them just keep going straight into the corridor at the back and it will disconnect you from Cyberspace. Now you can get into the armory, inside is a JW-76 MAG-PULSE RIFFLE which works well on electronic enemies, plus there’s an ammo vending machine as well as health and other loot. That’s it for this one.

Thanks for watching, God Bless and happy gaming.
